Automatic alarm detection for both falls and immobility.
Zentnl LWP is an intelligent, automated lone worker alarm integrated into smart workwear. The AI-based system consists of a sensor-equipped Zentnl shirt and the Zentnl mobile app. For operations management/control rooms, there is a web-based real-time view in the Zentnl Portal.
Lone workers risk going unnoticed in the event of a fall, illness, or accident — no colleague sees or hears when something happens. An automated alarm with location sharing connected to an alarm chain directs the right resources to the right place. It is also a cost-effective way to improve safety: faster response reduces the possible consequences of harm.
The alarm starts with the wearer of the Zentnl shirt
When an alarm is triggered, either automatically by the sensors or manually by the wearer, it is first sent to the person who raised the alarm.
If no action is taken within the preset time limit, normally 15 sec, the alarm is automatically escalated to the alarm group
The alarm is escalated to the alarm group
Everyone in the alarm group receives:
- An alarm notification in the app.
- The GPS location of the person who triggered the alarm.
- The mobile phone number of the person who triggered the alarm.
The alarm is also displayed in the Zentnl Portal and can be connected to a staffed operations control centre and an external alarm receiving centre.
Alarm acknowledged by alarmgroup member
The colleague calls the affected person to establish the situation and assess what has happened.
The response is then managed in accordance with the companys internal procedures for incidents and emergencies
A customisable safety net for the lone worker
Zentnl Lone Worker Protection combines an effective lone worker alarm with analysis of alarm data and movement patterns to give operations management and HSE a traceable, fact-based foundation for systematic work environment management. Alarm times and alarm sensitivity can be adapted to different work environments, job roles, and individuals.
