Detailed Information

Day to day usage (Washing / Charging)

    Simply remove the shirt from the charger, put it on, and start using it. The Zentnl shirt is designed to be user-friendly throughout the entire work shift, whether you’re working indoors, underground in a mine, or outdoors in field operations.After the work shift, hang the shirt on the charger or turn it off using the mobile app for washing. Once it’s dried, simply hang it back on the charger.When the shirt is hung on the charger, it automatically starts battery charging and connects to the Zentnl Cloud Service, making it visible to the user and in the Zentnl Portal.


Integrated Sensors

    The sensors in the garment continuously record motion data up to 1,000 Hz in the x, y, and z axes. The communication unit collects the data and performs calculations on the garment, then sends it to the Zentnl cloud service via Wi-Fi.

Edge

    The network of interconnected sensors utilizes the new generation network with edge computing capabilities. This means that mathematical operations, AI-based analysis, and certain filtering are performed locally in the garment before the data is sent to the cloud service. By reducing the amount of data transmitted to the cloud, the shirt’s battery life is prolonged.
